About me
I’m a Machine Learning Engineer on the Planner team at Waymo, where I work on onboard ML models for planning. I received my Ph.D. from the Aerospace Department at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, where I was fortunate to be advised by Professor Anouck Girard and Professor Ilya Kolmanovsky. My research interests include, but are not limited to, learning, control, and optimization. I’m specifically focusing on theoretical and algorithmic integration of data-driven methods in optimal control to resolve robust and safety concerns that emerged in autonomous agents’ applications.
